Sensing Principle:
Uses bimetallic strip's thermal bending, amplifies displacement via precision mechanics converting it to pointer angle change.
Core Component:
Imported bimetallic helical strip with swift thermal response, lifespan over 1 million cycles. Dial's aluminum material is corrosion and shock resistant.
Structural Design:
Radial connection, dial and thermowell at 90° for easy reading. IP65 grade, suitable for harsh outdoor conditions. Various thermowell lengths and depths available.
Usage Advantages:
No power needed, easy install and maintenance. Temp range from -80℃ to 500℃, accuracy class 1.0 or 1.6. Ideal for pipeline, tank, equipment monitoring.
