Sensing Principle:

Uses thermal bending of bimetallic strip with different expansion coefficients, converts bending displacement to pointer angle change via precision mechanism.

Core Component:

Features imported bimetallic helical strip with fast thermal response; service life exceeds 1 million cycles. Dial is aluminum with treated surface, corrosion and shock resistant.

Structural Design:

Radial connection, dial and thermowell at 90-degree angle for easy reading. IP65 housing, ideal for harsh outdoor environments. Various thermowell lengths and insertion depths.

Usage Advantages:

No power needed, simple install and maintenance. Temperature range -80℃ to 500℃, accuracy class 1.0 or 1.6. Widely used in monitoring pipeline, tank, equipment temperature.
