Sanitary Design:

Fully complies with 3A, EHEDG sanitary standards, internal surface roughness Ra≤0.4μm, dead zone free design, supports CIP/SIP online cleaning and sterilization. Quick-install clamp connections for easy disassembly.

Measurement Principle:

Based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, conductive liquid cutting magnetic induction lines generates voltage proportional to average velocity. No obstruction in measuring tube, zero pressure loss.

Material Certification:

All wetted parts use 316L stainless steel or higher grade materials, liner uses medical grade PTFE or PFA, electrodes offer 316L, Hastelloy, titanium, tantalum options, all materials comply with FDA certification.

Application Fields:

Specifically designed for industries with strict hygiene requirements like food, beverage, pharmaceutical, bioengineering, suitable for accurate measurement of milk, juice, medicinal liquid, pure water. Provides complete material certificates and sanitary certification documents.
