Vortex Flowmeter Product Details
Integrated Design:
Body integrated with vortex shedder and sensor, reducing flange connections and leakage risks. Robust overall structure with excellent vibration and shock resistance.
Accuracy Assurance:
Uses digital spectrum analysis technology, real-time analyzes vortex signal quality, automatically adjusts signal amplification, maintains high accuracy over wide flow range. Liquid accuracy ±1.0%, gas accuracy ±1.5%.
Material Selection:
Body offers 304, 316 stainless steel options, vortex shedder can select 304, 316 stainless steel or Hastelloy based on media characteristics. Maximum pressure rating 4.0MPa, temperature range -40℃ to 350℃.
Function Expansion:
Built-in temperature and pressure sensors enable automatic temperature-pressure compensation, directly outputs standardized volumetric flow or mass flow. Supports HART, PROFIBUS-PA and other communication protocols.
