Flange Type Oval Gear Flowmeter Product Details

Operating Principle:

Based on positive displacement principle, two precision meshing oval gears rotate under fluid propulsion, each revolution discharges fixed fluid volume, calculates total and instantaneous flow by detecting gear rotation speed.

Precision Manufacturing:

Gear pair made of special stainless steel through precision CNC machining, tooth profile specially optimized to maintain high metering accuracy over wide viscosity range. Bearing system uses tungsten carbide or ruby materials with long wear life.

Structural Features:

Housing uses cast steel or stainless steel, flange connections comply with ANSI, DIN, JIS standards. Built-in magnetic coupling drives counter achieving complete sealing with no leakage risk.

Application Advantages:

Particularly suitable for accurate measurement of high viscosity media like grease, resin, paint, syrup, accuracy up to ±0.5%. Bidirectional flow design supports forward and reverse flow measurement.
