Sensing Principle:
Utilizes thermal bending of bimetallic strip with varying expansion coefficients, converts bending to pointer angle via precision transmission.
Core Component:
Employs imported bimetallic helical strip for fast thermal response; exceeds 1 million cycles. Dial made of aluminum with corrosion and shock resistance.
Structural Design:
Radial connection, dial and thermowell at a 90-degree angle for easy reading. IP65 housing, suitable for harsh outdoors. Various thermowell lengths available.
Usage Advantages:
No power needed, easy install and maintenance. Temperature range from -80℃ to 500℃, accuracy class 1.0 or 1.6. Used in pipeline, tank, equipment monitoring.
