Swirl Flowmeter Product Details

Operating Principle:

Based on swirl precession principle, fluid forms vortex after passing through specific flow channel vortex generator, this vortex precesses in Venturi tube, precession frequency proportional to flow rate.

Integrated Design:

Built-in high precision temperature and pressure sensors, real-time collects media temperature and pressure data, automatically performs compression factor compensation, directly outputs standardized volumetric flow.

Structural Advantages:

No moving parts, high reliability, low maintenance. Uses integral cast body with high strength and good sealing performance. Provides integral display and remote display two configurations.

Gas Measurement:

Specifically designed for gas flow measurement, particularly suitable for trade transfer and process control of natural gas, coal gas, compressed air, biogas. Wide turndown ratio up to 20:1, repeatability ±0.2%.
