Radial Bimetal Thermometer Product Details

Sensing Principle:

Utilizes thermal bending characteristics of bimetallic strip with two different expansion coefficients, amplifies bending displacement through precision transmission mechanism and converts to pointer angle change.

Core Component:

Uses imported bimetallic helical strip with fast thermal response, service life exceeds 1 million cycles. Dial uses aluminum material with special surface treatment, corrosion resistant and shock resistant.

Structural Design:

Radial connection style, dial and thermowell form 90-degree angle for easy reading. Housing protection grade IP65, suitable for outdoor harsh environments. Multiple thermowell lengths and insertion depths available.

Usage Advantages:

No external power required, simple installation, easy maintenance. Temperature range covers from low temperature -80℃ to high temperature 500℃, accuracy class 1.0 or 1.6 optional. Widely used in pipeline, tank, equipment temperature monitoring.
