Measurement Principle:

Uses Time Domain Reflectometry technology, microwave pulses propagate along guide wire, generate reflection when encountering medium surface, calculates level height by measuring time difference between transmitted and reflected pulses.
 
Technical Features:

Unique signal processing algorithm effectively identifies real level signals and false interference, maintains stable measurement in complex conditions like foam, vapor, turbulence. Maximum measurement accuracy up to ±2mm.
 
Configuration Options:

Provides multiple guide wave unit options including single wire, dual wire, coaxial tube, with materials including stainless steel 316L, PTFE, polypropylene, adapting to different media corrosion and adhesion requirements. 

Application Range:

Widely used in storage tanks, process vessels, interface level measurement, particularly suitable for continuous level measurement of high temperature, high pressure, corrosive media. Intrinsic safety and explosion proof dual certification ensures safe use in hazardous areas.
